Where Do Rewards Come From?

Each epoch reserves 5% of weekly $SWPx emissions for the referral system, incentivizing referrers and fostering network growth. For example, In the first epoch, 100,000 SWPx (5% of 2 million) is allocated to the referral system. All rewards are distributed in veSWPx, a mechanism that helps reduce the circulating supply while encouraging long-term user engagement. With veSWPx, you can participate in weekly votes to direct SwapX emissions to your favorite pools, earning voting incentives and swap fees.

Distribution

If, at the end of the epoch, total requests exceed 5%, rewards are redistributed proportionally based on contributions.

If requests fall below 5%, the surplus tokens are allocated back to liquidity providers in proportion to their voting weights from the previous epoch. All referral rewards are consolidated into a single claimable position and automatically max locked upon claiming.
